The Summer Educator position encourages you to put theory and learning concepts into practice while nurturing curious minds and kind hearts. Paired with a mentor, you will work as a Summer Educator within our Intern program at one of our licensed childcare centres in a full-time capacity developing valuable and transferrable skills. Contributing your voice and ideas will make a difference as you build relationships with children, families and colleagues through daily interactions. You will have the opportunity to participate in professional learning sessions at a centre and organizational level, engaging in conversations around our Pedagogical Orientations (Anti-Bias Education, How Does Learning Happen, and The More Than Human World.)

- Currently enrolled or recent grad from the Early Childhood Education or other programs related to children and families
- Demonstrated commitment to professional and personal growth

- Resourceful, passionate, and value relationships and communication
