In response to the community voice for additional support, the ECPRC is introducing some new supports that we hope all members of the community will explore.

1. Site Specific Coaching Sessions for EY programs (virtual)

2. Affinity Space-based Coaching Sessions (virtual)
These sessions are hosted by the ECPRC and facilitated by Selam Debs. They are opportunities for early years professionals who identify as Black, Indigenous, or Person of Color to come together and engage in meaningful conversations about how to support one another during the implementation of this training.
3. Q&A Sessions (virtual)
These are hosted by the ECPRC and facilitated by Selam Debs.
4. Dialogue Den (Community of Practice) (virtual)
These are hosted and facilitated by the ECPRC.
5. The Antiracism Training Engagement Survey
This is monitored by the ECPRC team.
