Ideas Connect:

To implement a collaborative model (Ideas Connect) to support the Early Years sector as they navigate through the many shifts and transformations in the field in order to optimize resources and create improved processes for community decision making and transforming of services.

The Work:

• Engaging with Region of Waterloo Children's Services
• Engaging with existing community groups
• Conducting community needs analysis to help determine potential projects
• Connecting Conestoga College's academic programs with potential community projects
• Building a library of annotated bibliographies  and meaningful resources
