The Learning Disabilities Association of Wellington County (LDAWC) is looking for enthusiastic, committed, motivated people who would like to be positive role models for our Reading Rocks program.

In this volunteer role you will be working with children aged 6-12, helping them with reading skills. Excellent oral and written English language skills are important, and previous experience working with children or tutoring would be an asset. Mandatory training will be held Monday, September 24, 6-9 PM, and a reference letter is available at the end of the program upon request.

The Reading Rocks program begins the week of October 1st and is 8 weeks in length, and runs Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 PM.
The program and training is at St. James Catholic High School, 57 Victoria Rd N, in Guelph.
