YWCA Kitchener-Waterloo invites applications for the temporary, full-time (approximately 1 year) position of:
Child Care Coordinator (non union position)
The Child Care Coordinator is responsible for the operation of licensed care for infant to school age children. All programs are operated in accordance with the mandate, beliefs and values of YWCA Kitchener-Waterloo and the Day Nurseries Act.
Qualifications:
· Early Childhood Education diploma or equivalent
· A minimum of 3 years work experience in licensed child care, one of which should include management experience
· Demonstrated skill in the areas of program development, training and supervision of staff, budgeting, expenditure and revenue control, record keeping, effective communication, and problem solving skills
Salary Range: $51,095.70 - $60,112.54
Hours: 37.5 per week
