The Region of Waterloo is running the Mentoring Pairs program in 2026.
Mentoring Pairs for Child Care (MPCC), powered by the Early Childhood Community Development Centre (ECCDC), is a professional development and mentoring program for child care leaders in Ontario.
What it is:
A structured mentoring program that pairs experienced child care supervisors (mentors) with newer supervisors (mentees) to support learning and leadership development.

- Improve recruitment and retention of supervisors
