Qualifications:
- RECE in good standing.
- Experience in a licensed child care setting. Clear Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Updated Immunization and TB Test
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR C required.
- Develop and implement play experiences that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children
- Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, taking children to local points of interest and providing opportunities to express creativity through the media of art, dramatic play, music and physical activity
- Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security and well-being of children
- Serving lunch and snacks
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers
- Plan and organize age and development appropriate activities for children
- Keep the center tidy and clean
- Must have good communication skills and patience
- Is organized and takes initiative
- Must be positive, fun and engaging!
