Childcare Cook – Sir Adam Beck

The successful candidate must possess a valid Safe 
Food Handler’s certificate issued by the Region of Waterloo along with a solid understanding of Canada’s Food Guide, and working knowledge of the nutritional requirements of the CCEYA.  Strong organizational skills, an ability to effectively communicate with others, enthusiasm and a team work approach are definite assets. 

Job Summary; responsible for planning, ordering/shopping for and providing nutritiously balanced, lunches and snacks for children.   Food and menus must be prepared according to Canada’s Food Guide with strict adherence to the regulations set out by the Ontario Food Premises Regulation 562.
